Inokim, creator engine

Ten creators, one number: $1 per 1,000 views

Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs the loop was creators making volume and paid spend scaling what won, with losers killed early. Inokim is a different category, electric scooters, and I have not run it. The system carries over. The product, the rider and the safety rules I would learn from your team.

Why now

  • 4 seconds

The Quick 4 folds on camera

The Quick 4 folds in 4 seconds with a foot-activated release. That is one take, one clean shot, and proof a creator does not have to exaggerate.

    Published
  • 1 hour

Miami pickup is a finish line

Pickup at INOKIM SHOP MIAMI is usually ready in 1 hour. A video can end with a rider collecting a scooter instead of ending on a link.

    Published
  • 24 payments

    Financing softens the first price

The site lists Affirm plans of up to 24 payments with 0% APR. Creators can say it exists, worded as the site words it, next to a $2,000.00 Quick 4.

    Published
  • 1 year

Warranty is part of the purchase

First year warranty is free with purchase. It answers the question every first-time scooter buyer asks, in one sentence a creator can say.

    Published

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, target $1 (Proposed). Formats, pay bands and volume all bend to that number. If a creator cannot move it, the slot goes to someone who can.

  2. Volume finds the hooks

Seven videos per creator per week (Proposed) gives 303 creator videos a month at 10 creators. Losers are killed early and winners go into the hook library.

  3. One variable per test

One hook, one scooter, one change per batch. The Quick 4 fold shot against the Light 2 Max 2025 carry shot, never both changed at once.

  4. Claims sheet before camera

Creators quote only literal Inokim lines. Anything else goes to the lead in the channel first. Safe riding comes before reach on every frame.

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MarcusMon 8:30 AM

This week: the Quick 4 fold shot, foot release, one take. Helmet on in every frame. Post your draft in #drafts by Thursday and keep to the claims sheet.

  2. PriyaMon 10:15 AM

Can I say the Light 2 Max 2025 is the lightest scooter you can buy?

No. Stay on the sheet: it combines portability and performance. No comparisons with other scooters.

  3. Report botAppMon 12:00 PM

Weekly report posted: views per creator, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target (Proposed), best hook per format, losers marked for removal.

  4. MarcusWed 2:40 PM

Draft sent back: the helmet is off in the opening shot of the OX ride. Reshoot with the helmet on and resubmit.

    On it, reshooting tonight.

  5. DanaFri 11:05 AM

The Kix commute clip just passed 100,000 views, all organic. Should I film a second part?

  6. Report botAppFri 4:00 PM

Check: all five drafts match the claims sheet and show a helmet. Two need a caption fix before they can run.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Quick 4 fold test

    Brief 01

    Quick 4 fold test

“Watch this scooter fold before I finish this sentence.”

One take: foot release to fold and unfold, hand-held at hip height. Caption: folds in 4 seconds.

  2. OXO 2026 first ride

    Brief 02

    OXO 2026 first ride

“I rode the OXO 2026 so you don't have to guess.”

Helmet on, city street, chest-mounted then side tracking. Put the price on screen: $3,500.00.

  3. Light 2 Max 2025 carry

    Brief 03

    Light 2 Max 2025 carry

“Can you carry this up the stairs? Let's find out.”

Stairwell or platform shot: carry it, then ride away. Say it combines portability and performance.

  4. OX weekend detour

    Brief 04

    OX weekend detour

“Same scooter, Monday commute and Saturday detour.”

Split the day: commute in the morning, longer ride after. Say that range varies by model.

  5. Miami pickup story

    Brief 05

    Miami pickup story

“Ordered online, walked out of the Miami shop with it.”

Film at INOKIM SHOP MIAMI: checkout option, handover, first ride. Say usually ready in 1 hour, never promise it.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Lightweight and easy to carry”, “Smooth and stable ride for daily commuting”, “First year warranty free with purchase”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Riders who already own an Inokim

Owners who film their own commutes. Lowest friction, real use, and the honest first batch for the OX and Light 2 Max 2025.

  • City-life and commuter creators

Creators whose feed is daily urban travel: errands, work, transit. They match the Kix and Light 2 Max 2025 use cases.

  • Tech and gear reviewers

Spec-first reviewers fit the OXO 2026 and Quick 4. The claims sheet still applies and comparisons stay out.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. The program starts with direct outreach, not an application form.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Helmet in frame

Past scooter or bike content shows a helmet, or the creator agrees to wear one in every shot.

  2. 2Real commute footage

Feed is everyday city life, not only staged studio shots.

  3. 3Reads the claims sheet

Passes a short read-back of the literal lines before the first brief.

  4. 4Hits seven a week

Can commit to seven videos per week through the ramp.

  5. 5Adult audience

Audience is adult riders; Inokim describes its scooters as made for adults.

Part 7 of 15

Who we want

  • First-scooter commuter

Wants simple daily travel. Films the work route, the price check and the fold at the office.

    Likely product: KIX

  • Apartment city dweller

Small space, stairs, storage. Films the carry and the fold.

    Likely product: Quick 4

  • Weekend rider

Longer rides and scenery. Talks range carefully, by model.

    Likely product: OX

  • Tech gear reviewer

Spec-first. Walks through the display, braking and ride feel.

    Likely product: OXO 2026

  • Train-and-walk commuter

Mixes transit and scooter. The portability story is theirs.

Likely product: Light 2 Max 2025

  • Design-led lifestyle creator

Close-ups on finish, color and form in city settings.

    Likely product: OX DUBAI

Left off, every time

Always out: anyone who rides without a helmet in past or planned content, who stunts or races, and anyone who will not read the claims sheet. Category rule: Inokim calls its scooters high-performance vehicles and recommends practicing safe riding.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Lightweight and easy to carry”

Kix videos: carry, stairs, office fold.

  • “Smooth and stable ride for daily commuting”

Kix commute clips on city streets.

  • “Clean, minimal design with premium build quality”

Close-ups and unboxing, the Kix first.

  • “First year warranty free with purchase”

    Any purchase-intent video, spoken once.

  • “3-5 Day shipping”

Only with the lower 48 States note.

  • “Meet the Quick 4 – folds in 4 seconds”

The Quick 4 fold test format.

  • “Pickup available, usually ready in 1 hour”

Miami pickup story, always with usually.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • The fastest scooter in the world

A comparison the site does not make; speed varies by model.

  • Every Inokim goes 68 miles

Range varies by model and conditions; quote the model.

  • Free shipping on everything

No free shipping rule was found; the site lists shipping costs.

  • Fully waterproof

The Quick 4 page only states a water-resistant IPX4 rating.

  • Safe for any rider, anywhere

The site recommends practicing safe riding; it makes no guarantee.

  • Better than other brands' scooters

No comparisons: nothing on the sheet backs them.

  • Riding it will improve your health

No health outcome claims of any kind.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Pre-order lead time of max 70 days

The site states it; confirm current availability before creators mention it.

  • 1 year warranty versus 12-month warranty

Both wordings appear on the site; pick one for the sheet.

  • Affirm plans and eligibility

Rates and approval vary; confirm current terms before any creator quotes them.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For creators proving they can hit the weekly volume with a clean claims record.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators whose hooks already hold on Quick 4 and Light 2 Max 2025 content.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For proven creators trusted with the OXO 2026 and OX DUBAI, the top-priced scooters.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month: a video that passes 100,000 views earns $50 flat (Proposed).
  • The bonus is per video, never on the average of a batch.
  • Organic views only: boosted or paid views never count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, however far it travels.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

The simulator prints $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views. Those inputs are Assumptions you can move.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winners

After the first week, the lead and I pick organic videos that held attention and kept to the claims sheet.

  2. Get the creator's yes

The creator agrees to the video running as an ad. Pay stays as set in their band.

  3. Test small

One variable per test: same video, new caption or product tag. Losers are killed early.

  4. Scale one number

Spend grows only where cost per 1,000 views holds near the $1 target (Proposed).

From the video to the checkout

  • Send Quick 4 videos to the Quick 4 page, listed at $2,000.00.
  • Send Kix videos to the Kix page, priced at $1,100.00.
  • Send first-scooter viewers to the quiz: Not sure which scooter is right for you?
  • Send Miami viewers to the pickup option at checkout, usually ready in 1 hour.
  • Mention Affirm plans of up to 24 payments with 0% APR only after the lead confirms current terms.

Part 15 of 15

Scooter rules

Scooter rules: safety first, claims second

Inokim calls its scooters high-performance vehicles. Creators follow these six rules in every frame.

  • Helmet on

Every ride shows a helmet. Inokim lists the INOKIM HELMET at $90.00; creators may mention it but never promise protection.

  • Say safe riding

Inokim recommends practicing safe riding. Creators say it, and show it: no stunts, no races, no hands-free riding.

  • Local rules

Ride only where scooters are allowed and obey local rules. If unsure, film on private ground or ask the lead first.

  • No blanket performance

Inokim lists 15 to 40 miles per hour and 27 to 68 miles on a single charge, by model. Quote the model, never one number for all.

  • No comparisons

No ranking against other scooters or brands. Stay on what the claims sheet holds, line by line.

  • Money talk

Quote financing only as the site words it, with the eligibility check. Shipping figures apply to the lower 48 States.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
