Cancellations are accepted only if the order hasn't been sent to our 3rd party fulfillment centers (usually within 12 hours).
To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include the receipt.
If the scooter is unused, in its original box, and within the 14-day window, start a return or exchange by emailing support@inokim.com. For exchanges, cover the shipping fee for the return, and eligible items get a free replacement. Exchanging before shipment is like canceling and may have fees.
Used products are not eligible for return.
If, upon inspection, it is determined that the scooter has been ridden, you will be accountable for the cost of return shipping and the item will not be eligible for return.
